I had a horrible experience with 1st Rate Rentals. The office staff are incompetent and dishonest. Any time I had an issue, their attitude was pretty much "Oh well", and would never own up to their mistakes. Their main objective as a business is to take advantage of the Landlord, the one's who pay them. Hmmmm, maybe they've never heard the saying "You should never bite the hand that feeds you".
