It was a little over one year ago that I had the good fortune of finding Elenna Galitzen Tobin, the president of 1st Pacific Capital Corp. I had been searching for over 6 months for someone that could get me refinanced at a lower rate. I was currently in the 3rd year of a 10 year ARM at 6%. I spoke to several brokers to no avail. Along came Elenna and she got me into a 7 year ARM at 4% within 3 weeks! Being the professional that Elenna is, she contacted me 1 year later suggesting that she would like to try to get me into a 30 year fixed at pretty much the same rate and I was delighted. However, I put Elenna to task again when I told her that I would like to pay off my HELOC and have everything in a 30 year fixed. Because of her hard work and fortitude, she got the new loan approved. I can honestly say that I doubt that anyone else would have had the wherewithal and/or the willingness to expend the effort to make this happen.
To summarize, I would highly recommend Elenna and her company---very knowledgeable, professional and a pleasure to work with!
