Unfortunately, I called Christopher Bateman around 18:30, to get an notary service. Chris informed me he could meet at Good Samaritan Nursing Center at 21:00. I agreed to used his notary service. At 19:00, I call Chris to informed him I had 2 volunteers who were close friends who were driving 40 minutes. At 20:53, I called Chris and informed him I was at Good Samaritan Nursing Center.Chris informed me he was with a client and was going to be leaving there soon. I called Chris over 20 times between 21:00 and 22:00 and he did not answer his phone. Finally Chris answer his phone around 22:05. and informed that he should be at my location around 23:30. Chris also informed he was doing me a favor, I told him I was not happy with his service, and I had again told him I had 2 friends who drove 40 minutes to be a witness.
