123Notary.com Free Listing is a Scam

I tried to sign up with 123Notary.com and put my listing on their sight that they state is FREE, but kept getting an error stating I didn't qualify and the link it sends you to doesn't state why you don't qualify. I tried for a while to fix the issue and
finally decided to send an email to tech support for the sight. This is the emailed response I received www.123Notary.com Response "Why not get a paid listing. You don't qualify for a free listing. The message is very clear. Thanks" My Response "It doesn't
state why I don't qualify. Can you provide me with that info?" 123Notary.com Response: "You are asking a lot for someone who doesn't want to pay even a penny" My Response: "WOW great customer service you offer!. All I was asking is why I was getting the error
for a service you offer as “FREE” so I could resolve it. If I would have been given the valid reason as to why I don’t qualify I would have bought the service, but can now see it is just a scam that in fact you just want people to sign up and pay. I’ll be
sure to post this all over the notary blogs letting everyone know 123notary.com is a scam. Thank you for making that very clear based on your emails to me. You should clearly not be in a managers position" 123Notary.com Response: "Sorry to be rude, but YOU
ARE NOT A CUSTOMER If you become a serious customer, then we will be more willing to entertain questions that don't assist you in getting ahead such as the one you asked" My Response: "NO you meant to be rude! I thought that is what I was doing was trying
to become one of your customer by adding my information to your sight???? I guess you don’t need customers. Good for you!!" Its obvious they offer a free listing service that doesn't exist to get you to pay for their service. Glad found out the website is
a scam before I paid them any money.
