Sue,
I suggest you file a complaint with the BBB. According to their report this company is a timeshare advertising company. They do not act as brokers or real estate agents, or facilitate sales. Only licensed real estate brokers or sales agents working for a licensed real estate broker are authorized to sell or resell timeshares in the State of California.

I did file a complaint with BBB on 11/4. These people never ever mention any type of advertising, just said they had a buyer who already signed a contract with them that said they'd lose their money if they backed out. I was shocked when they sent me paperwork that said they were a advertising company. The company name on paperwork was even different then they stated. I never signed anything and with all the different company names and them not returning phone calls I faxed them a letter requesting my money back now! Still waiting.

you need to dispute the charge as unauthorized, you also need to file a complaint with the AG's office.
