Shelby,
They have a favorable A- rating with the BBB and some positive reviews. Check out their report above your question.
Timeshare companies, are companies that will take title to your timeshare using all of the procedures required by the timeshare company. These companies require that you pay them to take the timeshare off your hands. It sounds counterintuitive but it does get you out from under the continuing obligations and the truth is, there are almost no buyers for timeshares.

Hi Shelby. Unless the timeshare is paid off in full and current on maintenance fees there isn't much anyone can do for you unfortunately. If it is current and paid off, then there are companies like this one that will help you transfer it out of your name, but as Mari mentioned, they do charge for transfer costs though. Anyone that says they can do something for free or pay you in regards to your timeshare should be an immediate red flag!

Don't be fooled.. That is just another name for one of the post card companies (you'll find that some of the change their name quite often to avoid bad publicity)..
Most timeshare experts agree that you should NEVER pay an upfront fee to sell or liquidate your timeshare! It's often simply a scam to take your money.
You can find some great information about some of the most common timeshare scams here:

If you are thinking about getting rid of an unwanted timeshare ownership, the first thing you need to do is simply take a deep breath! Rushing into any decision is never a good idea.
Start by taking a few days to research the secondary market. Talk to a respected brokerage and ask for a free estimate of value for your timeshare- so you will at least be starting with a good idea of what it is worth.
There are two great social network sites used by timeshare owners to share information and strategies, and where you'll find plenty of information about how the post card companies and the pay us to take your timeshare groups operate. Once you pay them to take your week, they simply sell it or give it away using several different online venues that are either free or have a very low cost. Don't pay somebody thousands to do something that you can do yourself for free!
Just take your time, use good common sense, and trust your instincts if you think something doesn't feel right!
