Deborah,
They have a B rating with the BBB and resolved their complaints. Check out their reviews on Trustlink. There are several and they are quite descriptive.
Just remember to read and understand all the terms and conditions of any gym contract and ask for any clarification in writing so their are no misunderstandings about their services, hours of operation, visit limitations, cancellation, penalties or billing/pricing requirements.
