Hi Alex, actually I would like to make a few notes in reference to this. At first when I joined the program I believed I was going through another loan modification (which I had already been denied twice with Bank of america). The forensic audit I was able to review with my attorney and they did find some violations on my documents. With them they DIDN'T do a loan modification, they actually did a mortgage assessment, which brought my mortgage principal down to current market value for my home, since I was underwater. After I started researching I come to find out that most of the people who apply for LOAN MODIFICATIONs get denied, as of last week the government even signed the bill to cancel the government loan modification because the banks have been abusing of people like us, and even foreclosing on them (which they tried to do to me as well just after they denied me the second time).
Hope this is helpful, and good luck to you :)

Hi Alex,
Just to clarify for you Reaching U Network is a non profit organization that provides free legal counsel to homeowners and with this they can provide a forensic loan audit. This audit will review your case to see if you may be a victim of fraud or predatory lending. Reaching U Network DOES NOT take any payment, they just provide assistance. If you have been a victim of the banks predatory lending they can advise you to a network of attorneys that will review your case further in order to help you determine if you have a case against your bank. I myself have been going through a tedious loan modification process for over a year now, being denied once already I've been exhausted by the whole process. Reaching U Network helped me find an attorney that found many violations in my mortgage documents and he is currently helping me with my case against CitiMortgage. You can learn more about them on their website www.reachingunetwork.org Hope this helps.

See www.ripoffreport.com and other similar sites - this organization is a complete scam and I can guarantee the positive posts here are on the payroll.
