Alexim Moving never delivered my belongs. Is this company real?

Is this company working or stealing people? I sent a box about 2 years ago to Brazil and the company never delivered. But they are still offering moving services. Help.

I never had any issues with Alexim Moving, I herd that they had a problem in 2008 because a person in brasil, but for me I would not change the company.

I Had bad experience already with fastway and confianca and I believe that if there is no issues I should keep where I am.
