They contacted my sister, too, who is in foreclosure, and here's what they say they will do. They say they have a variety of modification options, some of which - unnamed - she probably qualifies for, according to them. They will first do a preliminary eval by phone to see if they can work with you, then, if they think they can, they will let you be a client. You pay them, then, a $400 a month fee for the duration of time it takes (about 4 months) to do the research to identify the programs you qualify for. They would then put together a package for submission to the lender, who takes the deal or not. They say that their paper work is so well-prepared that the lender is more than likely to take one of the deals, but no guarantees. But they do say that their preliminary evaluation is thorough enough for threm to know that they can get it done, based on their expertise, or they won't take you on as a client. What do you think? What have you heard from anyone about this?

Ruth m. I was contacted by them how long was the process and would you recommend them? Also could you give me the contact person you dealt with? I went through all the preliminary but when they asked for my credit card I got sceptical and wanted to check them out in further detail. Any information on this company would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

there are two pending transactions in my bank right now from pinnacle. $398.00 & $1.98. I wish that Ruth would answer Cheryl. I would be a lot less suspicious about Ruth's relationship with this company if she responded.

sorry, i meant to click the down thumb on ruth's comment, but clicked it on cheryl's instead. i had already clicked the up buttom for cheryl. i wish this website wouldn't have allowed me to cancel myself out. anyway, for the record. i found cheryl's comment helpful, ruth's... not so much. i think she's posting the review based on some personal relationship with the company.
