After getting mixed up with direct tv. they lied . I call to inquire about there services then next thing I know I am being billed for early termination fees. when I called to find out what was going on I was promply told the day i called for info they said I signed up get this no equipment was installed but they insist I signed up. don't even call or they will get you too.

Helen,Have you considered filing a complaint with the BBB? DirecTV responds to all complaints sent to them. Click on "View BBB Report" above and you can file a complaint through the link on the report.
