I would like to discuss anyone's dealings with snack America inc. I have been dealing with them for a couple weeks with regards to buying a distributorship for provide snacks to schools. When you Google them I saw where there were some discussions on this website about them but when I type in there name now nothing comes up. They seem legit or else they have gone through allot of hoops to set up a scam. They have web page with numbers they answer their phone I have spoken to several people in different states. Anyone have info to add?

This is a scam. I sent my money in and all the numbers go to straight to voice mail. I made a complaint with the flordia attorney office and dept of consumer services. They will get these guys. Theres always a paper trail.

Blue D when did you find out your money was gone i just found out today do think there is any hope to find them. i was informed by Gefforey that this was a scam can u give me any # to get help from

I also sent money and I'm not hearing anything from these guys. Boca Raton Police are going to refer you to the Broward County Sherrifs Office, 954-765-4321. I am also filing a complaint with Bank America because I comfirmed the account beforew sending money. They may be responsible for restitution for some or all of the money. If we all stick together and stay on these people, they will be forced to do something. I am also going to contact the IRS to see if these accounts can be seized and/or frozen.
