League,
We're not sure where your information is coming from. If you click the link above to view their BBB report, you would see that they have had 3 complaints within a 36 month period and they have given proper consideration to all of the complaints.

are the people who filed the complaints satisfied with the outcome? one of the person that wrote a negetive review said there was proof of unsavory business practices on the internet, did you ask them to elaborate on this or was the bbb able to prove this wasn't so?

League,
Two of the complaints were closed satisfied. The other was closed with no confirmation of satisfaction from the complainant, however the dispute was regarding miscommunication of the counts of coins within a set. The company's explanation in their final response detailed how the consumer misunderstood the coin count and was actually in possession of MORE coins than he though he was. The customer never contacted us to dispute that response.
As to the review and the information it suggests - TrustLink Reviews are not factored into BBB Ratings, nor are reviews on other third-party sites. BBB reports are based primarily upon the complaints processed by the BBB and information that can be verified by licensing or regulatory authorities.
Thanks.

A lot of times people don't have the time nor inclination to get involved in a b.s.ing contest with a company they feel has ripped them off.they'll give an initial complaint and then let it go .if the company keeps denying wrong doing most people won't waste their time any further because there is nothing to be gained.and for the record I don't believe someone got more then they paid for and then complained in fact I believe this illustrates my point.
